Submit a paper

Authors who agree to the requirements expressed below are invited to enter the online submission system here.

English is the working language of the Conference. Papers are limited to six (A4) sized pages. Up to 2 additional pages can be accepted, but additional page fees must be paid at registration.

The review process will have two phases. Prospective participants are invited to electronically submit an extended
abstract (min. 500 words, as PDF file), following the instructions available on the Conference
web site. Final paper acceptance will be based on full paper submission, after first approval of
abstracts.

Templates for written papers are available at http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html .
Due to unavoidable differences between computer programs, authors may detect very slight differences between these templates. Papers following any of these templates, and conforming to IEEE PDF requirements, will be acceptable. Papers must be converted to IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF format. For final camera-ready preparation, authors are encouraged to use the free IEEE PDF eXpress system to convert their files.
Submit only original work. Prospective authors are expected to submit only their own original works. Manuscripts that violate IEEE's publication principles may be summarily rejected. If the violation is deemed severe, then disciplinary actions may also be taken by IEEE.
Accepted papers will be published in proceedings volume to be submitted to IEEE Xplore.
Each accepted paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors. The final manuscript must be accompanied by a registration form and a full registration fee payment (not student registration). All conference attendees, including authors and session chairpersons, must pay the conference registration fee, and their travel expenses.
No-Show Policy: The Organizing Committee reserves the right to exclude a paper from proceedings and from distribution at IEEE Xplore after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.
