Presentation of the paper at CPE 2015 conference

Presentation can be done by one of the authors (ideally) or by a colleague (if the primary author or any of the co-authors cannot attend). 

Papers not presented, will be noted as no-show after the conference, and will not be indexed for either IEEEXplore® Digital Library or EI Compendex. No registration refund will be given in any case.

According to the above policy, CPE 2015 will publish and distribute at the conference the Conference Proceedings with copyrighted content. All final papers will be included in the IEEE content library, BUT no-show papers will NOT be accessible from IEEEXplore® Digital Library. No-show papers are copyrighted, and cannot be re-published without permission from the IEEE.

Instructions for presenters

- Please be in the session room at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session and introduce yourself to the session chair.

- Using a USB memory stick, copy your presentation (pdf or ppt file) into the laptop of the session room and test that everything looks good.

- Give a short (4-5 lines) biography (name, grade, affiliation and research interest) to the session chair. He/she will introduce you before your presentation.

- You have 15 minutes for your presentation (please, do not exceed 15 minutes!), followed by a discussion/dialogue with the audience.
